Hi, I’m Shaye Melon
I am a digital strategist, a fundraiser, and a lifelong learner driven by the belief that the organizations changing the world should have access to the most sophisticated technology in the world.
I founded Melon Marketing in late 2025 to disrupt the traditional agency model. After a decade at the intersection of advocacy and innovation, I saw a gap: mission-driven brands needed elite AdTech expertise without the prohibitive agency fees and overhead.
My career began in the trenches of grassroots organizing, where I spent ten years leading high-stakes campaigns—from breaking fundraising records to banning hydro-fracking in New York to securing plastic bag bans in California and electing 42 Young Democrats to the New Hampshire State House.
Recognizing the power of the digital landscape, I pivoted my expertise into digital advertising, specifically focused on fundraising and advocacy. I have helped raise over a million dollars for some amazing nonprofits, including USA for UNHCR, World Wildlife Fund, SEIU, Feeding America, and League of Conservation Voters.
When I’m not scaling digital campaigns, I am likely hiking the Flat Irons in Boulder or serving as a trauma-informed yoga teacher within the Colorado correctional system.
